After receipt of this sponsor application form, UL Propuls’, the event service provider responsible for collecting registration fees, will issue the corresponding invoice on behalf of the organizers, according to your selected option.

This form will close on 20 August 2027. As exhibition space is limited, it will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in this opportunity, we therefore recommend registering as soon as possible.

Take advantage of the opportunity to showcase your organization at the main hall (Hall 2 – surface 2100 m²), where lunch, coffee breaks, and all four poster sessions will take place – ensuring maximum interaction with attendees.

Stand spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to reserve yours early!

An exhibitor technical manual, outlining all technical aspects, will be sent one month before th event. It will include :
